Set within the prestigious Wentworth Estate, this expansive garden was designed and built to complement the grandeur of a newly constructed family home. Developed for a discerning private client, the brief called for a timeless, elegant landscape that would sit naturally within its surroundings while offering a high level of finish and functionality.

The design features a series of striking elements including lakes, a stream, formal avenues of mature trees, and traditional-style water features. Together, these components create a layered and immersive landscape that reflects the scale and elegance of the house.

Naturalistic Planting & Woodland Integration

Extensive planting was used throughout the site to soften the built forms and create year-round interest. Woodland areas were enhanced with swathes of groundcover, while marginal planting around the lakes provides ecological benefit and a natural aesthetic. Major screening trees were installed along the boundaries to ensure privacy and enclosure.

A standout feature is a sweeping curve of box-head lime trees that frame a secluded seating area. Cantilevered benches were positioned here to offer uninterrupted views across the lakes and a dramatic floating deck, blending design with functionality.
