Flaunden Arts and Crafts Garden

A large garden broken into a number of separate areas needed to be brought together as a united whole to provide a family space for entertaining.

A large patio was created to the rear of the property for entertaining, linked to a lily pond lined with espalier hornbeam trees to create height and interest in the space without blocking views whilst seated.

A herringbone brick terrace and paths were formed adjacent to the pool complex and offices, making a separate courtyard space, yet linked to the whole. This formed a perfect setting for large parties as well as more informal entertaining.
